Lotus Biscoff & White chocolate mousse 

Here is it, another dream dessert!
The combination of white chocolate and lotus biscoff is always such a hit and so addictive!
If you haven't discovered Lotus Biscoff spread yet, I urge you to try it now, I could eat Biscoff right out of the jar. Just hand me a spoon and I’m good to go.

Biscoff Melting Hear
Ingredients:
2Tbsp Biscoff spread 
6Tbsp Whole milk

Mix the two ingredients and fill the mini semi-sphere silicone mould and freeze completely. 

White Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
100g White chocolate
200g Whipped Cream

Melt over Bain Marie the white chocolate.
Semi whip the cream and fold in the white chocolate a third at a time.
Half fill the mousse into the larger semi-sphere mould then add the frozen biscoff heart and level with more mousse. Place in the freezer until fully frozen.

Biscoff Magic Shell
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp  Biscoff spread
4 Tbsp Coconut oil

Warm the coconut oil gently until fully liquid.
Mix with the Biscoff spread and pour on the frozen semi-sphere and let set for few minutes.
Wait about an hour or until the mousse has defrosted, then devour!
