Sometimes you don't want a menu, you want a moment. A dessert designed from scratch around a brand, a story, or a single spirit, made to be the thing everyone photographs and remembers. Think a plated dessert built around one whisky for a tasting, or a showpiece for a launch that puts your name on the plate.
This is where my kitchen meets your brief. You tell me the story you want told, and I'll design something that tells it, right down to the last detail. I've built desserts around bourbon and burnt orange, champagne and hibiscus, smoky whiskey caramels, so creating around a flavour or a brand is exactly my kind of puzzle.
